Missing JP Files

If you encounter an error trying to run JewelPro saying

COMDLG32.OCX    is needed to run this program

or any one of the following files.

MSINET.OCX    COMDLG32.OCX     RICHED32.DLL    RICHTX32.OCX

MSWLESS.OCX    MSWINSCK.OCX     MSCOMCT2.OCX    MSCOMCTL.OCX

Follow the instructions given here

1. Print this page for instructions.
2. Create a temporary folder. (nothing should be in this folder)
3. Download the following file. (you will need an unzipping program such as WinZip)

   misfils.zip (2.67MB)

4. Unzip the contents to the temporary folder you created.
5. Double click the Setup.exe to run the install.
6. Install to all the defaults that are asked.
7. You may be asked to reboot your system (if so reboot) recommended.
